This is how we process your private Japanese cooking lesson.

Request
a free no obligation quote for your lesson from the below. If you are happy about the quote, we will send you a list of ingredients and kitchen utensils for your menu items.

2. Shop ingredients (see sample shopping list for sushi ingredients)
You need to purchase raw ingredients such as vegies, meats and rice before the session.
All ingredients and kitchen items for sushi and teriyaki are available at the Asian foods section in major supermarkets.  We also supply ingredients or organise venue hire at extra cost.

If you have a trouble finding Asian grocery shops to obtain sauce, stock and other food products, let us know in advance so that we may be able to assist.

If you want to change your menu, also let us know in advance. Please do not ask our guide to teach meals other than what has been booked.
