1. Request quote
Request
a free no obligation quote for your lesson from the
below. If you are happy about the quote,
we will send you
a list of ingredients and kitchen utensils for
your menu items.
2. Shop ingredients (see
sample shopping list for sushi
ingredients)
You need to purchase raw
ingredients such as vegies, meats and rice before the session.
All ingredients and kitchen items for sushi and teriyaki are available at the
Asian foods section in major supermarkets.
We also supply ingredients or organise venue
hire at extra cost.
If you have a trouble finding
Asian grocery shops to obtain sauce, stock and
other food products, let us know in advance so that we may be able to
assist.
If you want to change
your menu, also let us know in advance. Please do not ask our guide to teach
meals other than what has been booked.

Payment Method

We accept cash, cheque, EFT (bank
deposit) and Paypal payment. We do not have onsite EFTPOS/Credit facilities at the
moment.
